The Summit County Domestic Violence Coalition was formed in 1996 to coordinate the efforts of the many agencies that are responsible for enforcing the laws against family violence, serving the needs of the victims of the violence, and addressing the punishment and treatment of the perpetrators.
The purpose of this Web site is to provide citizens of Summit County,
Ohio who are victims of domestic violence with information and resources to help them increase their safety and well-being. The Web site is also a resource for concerned friends and family members and professionals who would like to assist victims of domestic violence.
