Susan Farago is fascinated by the question, “How do we know what we know?” and dedicates her career to studying all facets of human learning and knowledge measurement. Her expertise includes extensive work in adult learning, curriculum design, classroom-based and virtual instruction, and her true passion – skills assessments.
She has managed all aspects of certification credentialing programs in the high-tech industry including exam development and publication, psychometric analyses, language and localization, and driving overall program strategies and global growth.
Susan is also a nationally published writer and presenter on credentialing and assessments.Her educational background includes a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Texas with a dual B.A. in Philosophy and French from the University of Minnesota.
